Former Highlife musician Papa Shee who is now Evangelist Papa Shee is worried with Pastor Ofori Amponsah’s U-turn to secular music after he quit the Highlife genre to pursue full time ministry as a Pastor at the Holy Grounds Sanctuary.
According to him what Pastor Ofori Amponsah needs now is prayers to help him rise again.
“I can only pray for him that the Lord will alert him to his fall so he can rise again. God wants all his children to be in Heaven,” he said when GhanaGist.Com approached him in Maryland, Washington DC, United States to share his thoughts on his colleague and friend.
Papa Shee agrees like many men of God that, serving God is not easy and all believers must expect challenges and difficult times, “but with God, it is possible to overcome because the bible declares that, “He that is in us is greater than he that is in the world. Jesus Christ of Nazareth even went through that test.”
According to him, Ofori Amponsah cannot serve two masters and “we need to encourage a brother who revert to the things of the world and remember him in prayers.
Also known as ‘Mr All 4 Real’ returned to the Highlife scene with a new single “Alewa” featuring Sarkodie.
