It was a post Valentine’s Day party!
The “Alomo Sankwan” marketing activations sponsored by Kasapreko came to a successful end on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Jersusalem Spot in Achimota.
It was the 20th edition as the likes of Kontihene, Jupiter, Cartel Big J formerly Praye Tietia, Double, Kwame Zaggy, Wutah Kobby, Koo Ntakara and others took turns to entertain the patrons.
The ‘Alomo Sankwan’ is a weekend soup- eating campaign being organised by Strategic Communications and supported by Kasapreko Company Limited, producers of Kasapreko Alomo Bitters to entertain and interact with consumers.
The party train has already been to Kumasi, Takoradi, Koforidua, Tema, Obuasi, Sunyani, Akropong and other towns.
According to the CEO of Strategic Communications, Abeiku Santana, the Kasapreko Alomo Sankwan initiative was an idea put together to appreciate consumers of Kasapreko’s leading brand Alomo Bitters and its other products.
“[Kasapreko Alomo Sankwan] is a below the line marketing activations strategy to interact with consumers, so the Sankwan was an idea that we generated about four to five years ago.”
He said the concept was borrowed from the Sunday Omo-tuo Special and “we coined a generic working title like Sankwan and tagged it with Alomo Bitters to drive the activations.”
The event was organised by Strategic Communications and attended by a delegation from Kasapreko Company Limited.
