Rejoinder: Samini Denies Publication of Vexation against Government

The management of African dancehall legend, Samini, is not happy with a supposed post on Facebook credited to their artiste, Samini against the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).

“As a group, we are totally committed to a Peaceful election, an ideal our brand stands for and will not seek to divide, influence  than use our art, music and fan Base to join the calls for a peaceful elections. Peace we need,” portion of the rejoinder issued and signed by Anthony Daning, Samini’s manager.

Our attention has been drawn to a Facebook post credited to one Eugene Boakye Antwi, an aspiring member of Parliament on a statement supposedly made by our Artiste Samini on a number of misgivings about the ruling party in Ghana.

Management of Samini wishes to state that we nor Samini have no interest in stating positions, concerns about the Governance style, results of a party whether in opposition or ruling.

We have since contacted the said aspiring MP.

If we had an opinion, we will exercise same at the Ballot box. The General public and Media are hereby cautioned from circulating the said post or its affiliated attribution. The views expressed are not and do not belong to our Artiste Samini.

As a group, we are totally committed to a Peaceful election, an ideal our brand stands for and will not seek to divide, influence than use our art, music and fan Base to join the calls for a peaceful elections. Peace we need.

Notice is hereby served.
