Highlife artiste Bisa Kdei is out with a new video Odo Carpenter from his current album Thanksgiving.
It tells the story of a poor carpenter who falls in love with a physically challenged young woman only to dump her when he became rich.
Bisa Kdei became a household name with the release of the Azonto Ghost movie soundtrack, which out of the blues made a huge marketing statement of his abilities; with the subsequent release of Metanfo, Madanfo and Over.
Last year, in December, he released a 15-track album, Thanksgiving, which had songs like Baba, Aseda, Love, Faa, Party De Go from his Shortcut studios.
He tells Showbiz that he is happy about how well his music has been accepted by Ghanaians. He says he is aiming at not less than three awards at this year’s Ghana Music Awards.
“I believe I worked hard last year. I released hit after hit songs and performed at various shows and this makes me think I deserve the awards”.
