Most players who are God-fearing don’t succeed in football because they don’t use ‘juju’ – Charles Taylor

Accra Hearts of Oak former play maker, Charles Taylor has told Peace FM on that, he believes that some Black Stars players are involved in the practice of ‘juju’.

According to him, most of the players who don’t practice or use ‘juju’ often because they are God-fearing don’t succeed.

“Yes it is possible that thing [black magic] is in football and most of the players do it.”

“I will not be surprised if it is so in the Black Stars camp. It will be very difficult for you as a player if you don’t use it…most players who are God-fearing turn not to succeed in football because they don’t use black magic.

“This particular Black Stars team has had the same players being invited for the past five years, and it’s going to be difficult for a player to break into the team even if that player is very good.”

Charles Taylor was an integral member of the Hearts of Oak team from 2000 to 2013 and also part of the 2000 CAF Champions League winning squad.
