During the week, he released the last batch of his 26 deputy ministers. He also believes that in his term as president, he must get a cabinet that is ‘brainy and beautiful’(even if not too ‘handsome’…no pun intended). That hard-to-get kind that comes from within – strength, courage, dignity.
Victoria Hammah is the new deputy minister designate for the Ministry of Communications, a feat she has beaten those who never gave it a thought or a whisker, but that’s what happens when you have the right qualities-the brain and the beauty.
She contested and lost the Ablekuma West Constituency seat to the NPP’s Ursula Owusu in last year’s elections. But that doesn’t matter a niche as she has been handed a ministerial portfolio.
