Gasmilla Says Music Raised Him From The Last To Number Kid In Class

Telemo man Gasmilla, born Odartey Milla Lamptey has revealed to Kasapa FM that, he wasn’t a brainy student whiles in school and it was music that uplifted him from being the last person in class to the number chap.

“I got into music because my life depended on it. Music is my blood and the only thing that got me from being the last kid in class to the number one kid in school. Music uplifted me.”



Gasmilla, whose Telemo song is the biggest song in Ghana currently, attended the Institute of Divine Education (Shalom Shalom) in Korle Gonno, Wesley Grammar Senior High School and the Institute of Professional Studies now University of Professional Studies, Accra – UPSA.
