Four-Star Peduase Valley Resort Grateful To Ghanaians

THE Managing Director of Peduase Valley Resort, the new 4-star hotel located at Peduase near Aburi, has expressed his gratitude to Ghanaians and the hotel’s customers for welcoming them and continuing to make the resort a preferred destination both in the country and the sub-region.

Mr. Hussein Fakhry said although the resort is new Ghanaians have shown that they want it to stay to continue to provide them with its delectable servics. Mr. Fakhry therefore reiterated the commitment of management and staff to continue to offer world class customer service and experience to clients who would visit to “live, love the breeze” at Aburi.

“We are grateful to all our customers both in and out of Ghana for embracing us and making us one of the fastest growing 4-star hotel resorts in the country. We remain committed to providing excellent services with world class customer experience that will meet, if not beat, our clients’ expectations,” said Mr. Fakhry.

The MD noted in a statement that some of their customers have expressed their surprise at the excellent service provided at the Peduase Valley resort since it opened for business. “Many of our patrons tell us they never believed they could ever get the standard of service we provide in this part of the world, but what seems extraordinary to them is our normal way of service delivery at Peduase Valley Resort.”

Opened to business on 25th May, 2016, the 4-star Peduase Valley Resort has 38 guest rooms, which includes standard rooms, garden rooms, superior rooms, standard twin rooms, connecting rooms, executive suites and executive apartments. In addition the resort has the Sycamore Ballroom, Cedar Conference Hall, Mahogany Boardroom, Odum Boardroom and other conference facilities.

The Peduase Valley Resort has several facilities and offers different services such as two restaurants, two bars/lounges, an outdoor pool, a rooftop terrace, a health club, a spa, a business center, airport shuttle service, daily housekeeping service, complementary buffet breakfast, and complementary WiFi. Also, the resort offers clients free cribs/infant beds, playground on site, private bathroom, separate bathtub and shower, free toiletries and airy gardens for families.
