Catch Oscar fever with the inside scoop on the nominees, presenters and guests as they arrive at the 87th Academy Awards – the ceremony at which legends are made. Meanwhile, M-Net will have a live screening of Hollywood’s biggest night which will be hosted by charismatic actor Neil Patrick Harris at 10:00PM GMT on . Then those who can’t be up at midnight can catch the delayed broadcast on M-Net 101 on the same day Monday 23 February from 5:30PM GMT.

DStv is celebrating the best of the Academy Awards, as the count down to this year’s ceremony continues.

Make sure to set your PVR, or tune in for the live broadcast on Monday 23 February at 1:30 GMT only on M-Net Movies Premiere.The star-studded event will be hosted by TV actor and comedian Neil Patrick Harris and will see the best in film being honoured for their work this past year.

With your DStv premium subscription, you can join the count down, as the movies nominated for the Academy Awardspremiere on DStv channel 103.

On Saturday 21st , Woody Allen’s Blue Jasmine will broadcast at 4:50 GMT. See Cate Blanchett in her Academy Awardwinning role as Jasmine, coming to terms with losing all her wealth after her husband’s imprisonment.

You can also see Matthew McCounaughey’s award winning performance in Dallas Buyers Club at 6:30 GMT. Matthew won the award for Best Actor, and Jared Leto won the Academy for Best Supporting Actor in this drama, which focuses on the early days of the HIV / Aids when there wasn’t much treatment for this disease.

 

 

Nominated in five categories, The Wolf Of Wall Street will screen on TV, Saturday 21 February at 8:45 GMT. See Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill in this crime comedy based off real-life events, as a stock broker lives the high life, before becoming involved in the dark side, including crime and corruption

Then don’t forget to tune in to M-Net Movies Premiere at 1:30 GMT on Monday 23 February for the live broadcast of the 87th Academy Awards.
