MTV (DStv Premium, Ch 130)

MTV Video Music Awards 2013: It’s been four years since the Video Music Awards were last held in New York City, the home of some of the biggest stars that have been recognised by the VMAs. But it will be making history this year, as it’s the first time it is being held in the borough of Brooklyn. Artiste with the highest nominations are Bruno MarsJustin TimberlakeMacklemore and Ryan Lewis.

The VMA Moonman has been making its way from LA, where last year’s explosive event was held, to the Brooklyn Barclays Centre, taking the odd photo opportunity and tweeting along the way. Watch the MTV Video Music Awards 2013 live on Sunday 25 August  at 3:00 CAT and will be repeated on Monday 26 August at 20:30 CAT and Tuesday 27 August at 16:00.
