Black Stars players Asamoah Gyan, John Boye and others to take centre stage at #GhanaMeetsNaija on June 29!

This year’s edition of the Ghana Meets Naija concert gets even more exciting amidst the heavy air of expectation as the June, 29th date gets closer.

In a thrilling new development, some of Ghana’s biggest international soccer stars have thrown their support behind the show whiles promising to hit the stage and thrill fans on that fateful night at the Accra International Conference centre. The soccer stars include the likes of Asamoah Gyan, Derrick Boateng, John Boye, John Paintsil and a host of others.

In previous weeks, there’s been speculation of a possible azonto flash mob performance by a selection of the some of the country’s most high profile footballers led by the enigmatic Asamoah Gyan.

It will therefore be interesting to see exactly what the players get up to on the Ghana Meets Naija stage this year, especially since in previous years, the likes of Steven Appiah, Emmanuel Adebayor, John Paintsil and Asamoah Gyan have been known to hit the stage and give the crowd a dose of entertainment on their own.

Meanwhile, there’s been a mad rush for tickets for this year’s most anticipated concert, since a limited number went up on sale last week.

Packing armour of the biggest hit makers and chart toppers in Ghana and Nigeria, this year’s Ghana Meets Naija concert is perhaps the most highly anticipated edition and is sure to exceed all expectations as has been achieved in the last 2 years.

With all artistes on the bill promising the biggest performances of their career, fans are sure to be thrilled the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy and Timaya amongst others from Nigeria as they jam to R2Bees, Samini, DBlack, EL, Edem, Okyeame Kwame, Raquel, Stonebuoy, Xo Senavoe, Dr Slim, and Dobble among others. The event will take place on 29th June, 2013 inside the Accra International Conference Centre.

In its third year of existence and having been undoubtedly the biggest musical concert in Ghana over the last two years, this year will be bigger, even more spectacular and is sure to give music fans an experience to truly relish.
