BBA UPDATE: Elikem up for eviction as merge reality sets in

Last week’s house merge seems to have sharpened perspectives for the Big Brother: The Chase housemates as they got stuck into nominations on Monday in a big way! This week, the trio of Sulu, Elikem and Annabel find themselves in danger of eviction.

Once the housemates had had their say, Elikem had picked up the most nominations (5), followed by Annabel and Cleo with three apiece. Having won the first Merge Head of House challenge, Bimp was in a position to influence proceedings – and duly did so, saving Cleo and putting Sulu up for eviction in her place.

The housemates didn’t hold back during nominations on Monday. Many cited Elikem as a threat – Bimp and Feza both said so, with the Tanzanian adding that they had also had their differences. Her countrymate Nando also nominated the Ghanaian, but only because he felt that they had no connection and that Elikem would be nominating him – which he subsequently did.

Angelo and Elikem both called Feza “two-faced” in their nomination sessions, while Annabel said that Beverley’s excuse for excluding her from the Head of House task had been “lame”, while Beverley simply said that the Kenyan was “too cocky”.

The result of the nominations lies solely in the hands of Big Brother: The Chase viewers. There are three ways to vote to keep your favourite housemate in The Chase – via web, SMS or mobile site – and you can win amazing prizes in the process, like DStv HD PVR’s and DStv Walkas.
