All set for Tigo Festival of Lights and Music; Shatta Wale promises to give his Toyota Camry car to a fan

The Junction Mall in Nungua on New Year’s Eve would be the venue for a concert that will see revelers treated to fantastic music performances from their favourite musicians as well as witness a display of fireworks and lights.

Musicians assembled to make sure revelers who will troupe to the venue to experience an unforgettable night includes Gospel musicians, Obaapa Christy, Cwesi Oteng, Patch Bay Band and others.

The event dubbed ‘Tigo Festival of Lights and Music’ is sponsored by telecom giant, Tigo Ghana.

The musicians are expected to entertain the patrons with back to back performances until the clock starts to countdown to the New Year. The countdown will be followed by a coordinated and spectacular display of fireworks and lights.

Dancehall powerhouse, Shatta Wale would be doing the countdown to the New Year with a spectacular performance. His last performance for the year would see him give a loyal fan his Toyota Camry car.

“I’ll be giving out my car on 31st Night at the Nungua Junction Mall….I want to countdown 2017 with my lovely fans amidst fireworks display and music,” he posted on Facebook.
