Actress Soraya Mensah is leading an array of arts celebrities to a God worship session at the HOM auditorium, Madina Estate, Accra on December 6.
Dubbed, Stars In Worship, these celebs who will be involved in Bible readings, singing, dancing, preaching the word of God include Nadia Buari, Van Vicker, Juliet Ibrahim, Omar Sheriff, Trigmatic, KOD, Naa Ashorkor, Willie and Mike.
Others are Nana Ama McBrown, D-Black , Joe Mettle, Cwesi Oteng, Becca, James Gardiner, Bizmark the Joker, Jeremie and Klint de Drunk.
According to Soraya Mensah, she believes she can win a lot of souls by putting together these celebrities in worship mode. “We all have a role to play in bringing change to people so if I could use my on-screen image together with that of my fellow celebrities to do so, then I think I am doing the right thing. I know God will use all these celebs to win souls to people who look up to us”.
“The show is free and I want everyone to come and witness what God can use our celebrities for. Due to the nature of our work not many people are able to know how close we are to God and this will be an opportunity for them to do so.” Soraya told Showbiz in an interview last Saturday.
The event which is the second of it’s kind is being put together by HOM in collaboration with SSA ventures and is sponsored by Africa World Airline, Special Ice, DDP, Mensvic Hotel, Natural Day Spa, Metro Mass Transport. Media partners are TV3, Starr FM, Live FM, U TV, Peace FM, GHone, Graphic Showbiz and GhanaGist.
Guest speakers will be Bishop Bernard Owusu-Ansah and Sampson Amoateng.
